pleasant and beneficial. As a team, we will focus our attention and energies on activities that will benefit
our customers and, thereby, ensure the success of TransLand Financial Services, Inc.

Our belief is that serving others is of the utmost importance. We know that we cannot always please
everyone, but we strive to serve our customers, employees and business partners to meet or exceed their

Service to our Customers – We commit to work diligently for our customers, to provide accurate
and timely information, to return phone calls promptly and to handle any dispute fairly and expeditiously.
Our decisions are designed to promote the welfare of the customer, and we strive to operate in the best
interest of those we serve. We make every attempt to eliminate informational errors and work to protect
our customers from fraudulent or harmful transactions.

our systems, from our processes and from the corporate culture of TransLand Financial Services.
