It is our mission at TransLand Financial Services to use our talents and gifts to help people achieve their housing dreams. We are mortgage professionals committed to making our customers' experiences with us pleasant and beneficial. As a team, we will focus our attention and energies on activities that will benefit our customers and, thereby, ensure the success of TransLand Financial Services, Inc.

At TransLand, we place great importance on the unity achieved by agreeing upon and conducting ourselves according to these core values:

Service

Our belief is that serving others is of the utmost importance. We know that we cannot always please everyone, but we strive to serve our customers, employees and business partners to meet or exceed their expectations.

Service to our Customers – We commit to work diligently for our customers, to provide accurate and timely information, to return phone calls promptly and to handle any dispute fairly and expeditiously. Our decisions are designed to promote the welfare of the customer, and we strive to operate in the best interest of those we serve. We make every attempt to eliminate informational errors and work to protect our customers from fraudulent or harmful transactions.

Service to our Employees – We place great value on our employees and strive to offer employees a comfortable, supportive and family-centered work environment. We serve our employees by setting clear expectations, by giving employees opportunities to advance their skills, their education and their performance, and by offering a fair and competitive compensation plan.

Service to our Business Partners – Our desire is to maintain a mutually beneficial and lasting relationship with our business partners. We strive to serve our investors by providing a complete, thorough and accurate loan package. We serve our shareholders by working diligently to ensure that TransLand is a stable, viable and profitable business entity. We focus our attention on being faithful with our entrustments and utilizing our resources with wisdom.

Honesty

We commit to complete and total honesty in all dealings. We will make no false or misleading statements. We will not misrepresent any information and will adhere to the highest standards of truth. We will never participate in any practice that could be interpreted as unethical or dishonest, and we will avoid all appearances of impropriety.

Integrity

We commit to the highest standards of ethical behavior and will strive to earn trust by doing what is moral and just and by doing what we say we are going to do. We agree to conduct ourselves with a sense of fairness, to abide by the rules and to do everything with conviction and excellence.

Respect

The respect of every individual is of critical importance to TransLand. We practice the “Golden Rule” to treat others as we ourselves wish to be treated. We acknowledge that every individual has a special contribution to make to society and that every person deserves to be treated with kindness, politeness and high regard. We desire to promote each individual’s sense of dignity and self-respect by encouraging behavior that is edifying, uplifting, positive and fulfilling.

Spirituality

We recognize the importance of matters of faith in the life of each individual. We encourage each employee to prioritize God first, family second and TransLand third. We strive to foster an environment that encourages faith. We also recognize that an active belief in God is the foundation of our values, and these values guide our actions.

Caring

At TransLand, we take a genuine interest in the well being of those around us. We strive to listen to our customers, employees and business partners and work to understand their needs and desires. We live with a sense of compassion and empathy for those around us, and we desire to have a positive influence on all with whom we come into contact.

As mortgage professionals we support the MBA’s Cannon of Ethics and strive to promote the reputation of the mortgage industry.

We work diligently to comply with all federal, state and municipal regulations. Any areas of noncompliance brought to our attention will be remedied expeditiously. We strive to ensure that our employees are properly licensed and thoroughly knowledgeable in order to maintain the highest standards of regulatory compliance. Our intention is to continue to eliminate all fraud and misrepresentation from our systems, from our processes and from the corporate culture of TransLand Financial Services.

Gratitude
